Agri clutch parts are developed, produced, tested and checked in-house at our manufacturing facility in Raalte, Holland. These processes adhere to the highest European quality standards and are ISO 9001 certified by TüV Netherlands.
The development process starts with the design of components that will be used later to produce Clutch parts. This is the responsibility of our Quality en Development team. This step is followed by a selection based on a strict evaluation by our team of potential component suppliers. For this purpose KAWE works closely with for example the independent automotive laboratory Link, Detroit USA.
The next step in the production process is the actual manufacturing of above components by our suppliers. Upon arrival at our facilities, these components are submitted to our thorough Quality Control (QC) procedure.
Our elaborate KBS system logs and tracks all (potential) quality problems in order to report, analyze and correct them and continuously improve our products and processes.
Our production process is characterized mainly by a focus on production of new clutch parts, with a focus on quality and efficiency in combination with the highest level of flexibility.
Within our production team, we have a Specials and Vulcanizing department. These specialists are able to produce or remanufacture specials or slow moving items on customer demand. For this purpose, our unrivaled stock of parts and components is at their disposal.
Examples of such customer specific and tailor made solutions include reinforced variations for intensive heavy duty tractor applications but also for classic tractors, special vehicles or cranes.
